Dubbed Out is a family-oriented Volkswagen festival but all makes and models of vehicles are welcome .

There are certain things that go against our ethics.

  • We do not allow playing music at early hours of the morning.
  • You must respect other people and their property.
  • We will not allow aggressive behaviour, violence, intimidation, discrimination and swearing towards others.
  • We expect people to be thoughtful. Use the bins provided, avoid unnecessary damage, and help others where possible.
  • DubbedOut will not tolerate behaviour that goes against the vibe and reputation we have built. If you are found to be aggressive, rude, disrespectful towards other attendees and staff then you will be asked to leave the festival by our professional security team.

Camping

Get the full DUB Festival Experience

To camp at DubbedOut Festival you will need a valid weekend camping ticket for every member of your party and a vehicle pass.

You will be able to buy and download this when making your ticket purchase. Display on phone or print it out so we can scan it on arrival.

Weekend Camping

Weekend Camping is pre-book only and will not be available at the gate.

All Weekend Campers need to arrive on Thursday 25th of July or Friday 26th July by 9pm at the latest, no access to the camping fields on the Saturday.

In all of our camping areas you will find plentiful toilet and water point facilities for you to use throughout the weekend.

Elsan points are also onsite for chemical toilet disposal.

There are limited shower facilities on site situated near staff camping.  These are free to use.

WHERE CAN I PARK

You’ll be directed to your camping area by stewards when you arrive. Pitch Size is around 7m x 8m.

If you want to camp together, please arrive together there’s no saving of places please, no event shelters, gazebos, fires or large communal areas.

SECURITY & MEDICAL

Professional security & medical teams will be present all weekend for your safety. Any issues please contact a member of staff.

TYPES OF VEHICLE PERMITTED

All vehicles are permitted whatever make and model it is (with or without an awning), trailer unit, or even a tent in the boot of your car:

If you can sleep in it or next to it in a tent, bring it with you. Caravans and motorhomes are allowed too.

ARRIVING AFTER 9PM ON FRIDAY 26TH JULY

If you are arriving after 9pm on Friday 26th July, please arrange alternative camping off site.

You will not be allowed to enter outside of the set gate opening hours for safety reasons.

It is not permitted to camp on either Wednesday or Sunday night.

NOISE CURFEW

The noise curfew in all camping areas is set at 10pm on Thursday and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. 

This is when the festival music and field shut, after this time all engines and music must be switched off.

PETS

We’re very much pet friendly but ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A SHORT LEASH AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES THE CAMPSITE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

ACCESSIBLE CAMPING

If you require accessible camping, please email us as it is limited availability. You will need a blue badge and only the vehicles with blue badge will be permitted in this area.

FACILITIES

There are shower facilities on site.

We have some fantastic food and drink outlets including vegan options in the main arena but you are more than welcome to bring your own food to cook on the campsite along with drinks.

Toilet & Water

Toilet & Water facilities can be found across the festival areas.

There will also be access to showers between 8am and 4pm. Situated beside Staff camping.

Leaving Time

ALL CAMPING FIELDS MUST BE VACATED BY 6pm ON SUNDAY

DAY VISITORS

We are open to day visitors on Saturday & Sunday. Thursday and Friday is for Weekend Campers only.

You can purchase day tickets in advance on DubbedOutFestival.co.uk but they will be on limited release depending on how many weekend tickets are sold.

Day Parking will be in a designated area NEAR the entrance to the show and must be vacated at the end of the day.

Day parking charged at £5 per vehicle.

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Dogs are welcome on a lead at all times.

No fires are not allowed, but above waist height Barbecues are allowed.

Yes there is along with Elsan points for your waste and fresh water points.

Tickets are not refundable or transferable

If the festival is cancelled by ourselves tickets will be refunded

If the event is cancelled by anything out of our control tickets can be transferred to the next event

Any special refunds are at the discretion of Dubbed Out Management.

Yes, you need to pre book club camping, minimum of 10 vans, or you need to arrive together.

It allows you access to camp from Thursday/Friday – Sunday with festival access, but you must purchase a vehicle pass as well for each vehicle.

No generators allowed at all.

All makes and models are welcome with no extra charge.

Yes, every vehicle, caravan, trailer tent, folding camper or large trailer attending the festival must have a valid pass purchased before hand when ordering your tickets.

Day tickets may be available closer to the date depending on weekend tickets sales.

No, everyone camping over must arrive in a vehicle with a relevant pass purchased.

You will need a ticket for everyone in your vehicle and 2 vehicle passes.

Thursday: 12pm – 9pm Early entry for weekend Camping ticket holders who have purchased an early access Thursday tickets.

Friday: 10am – 9pm  (All Weekend Campers need to arrive on the Friday 28th July by 9pm at the latest, no access to the camping fields on the Saturday)

Saturday: 10am – 6pm (Day ticket holders)

Sunday: 10am-2pm(Day ticket holders)

Thursday: 4pm – 10pm.  No entertainment but the main arena will be open with access to the bars, food and some traders.

Friday: Main festival field opens 10am till 11pm

Saturday: Main festival field opens 10am till 11pm

Sunday: Main festival field opens 10am till 4pm

How do I get my vehicle into the show and shine?

Show and shine will be held on Sunday, you must email us at [email protected] to enter the Show and Shine.

CLUB camping

A designated area will be for club camping, meaning you can camp with your mates. If your club is coming en-masse to the show, and you wish to reserve an area, this needs to be done prior to the show as there is limited club camping areas and will be taken up very quickly, please email us at [email protected]

Entertainment TIMES

Thursday: 4pm – 10pm No entertainment but the main arena will be open with access to the bars, food and some traders.

Friday: Main festival field opens 10am till 11pm

Saturday: Main festival field opens 10am till 11pm

Sunday: Main festival field opens 10am till 4pm

Tickets

A quick guide to DUBBED OUT FESTIVAL TICKETS

Once you have booked and paid for your Tickets and vehicle pass, you will get a confirmation from Dubbed Out Festival (Ticket Tent), which confirms your purchase.

There are no physical tickets sent out… you will be emailed a QR code to the email address registered to your purchase, which you can either print off or save to your phone. 

This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at the main gate to the camping fields, and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands and camping pass.

This system is much more secure, and will stop all fakes, re-sells and ticket touts etc, as each code is unique and registered to you. It is also ‘cancelled’ once scanned and passed, making it unusable again.

This system is used at all major festivals is a more secure, reliable and quicker for everyone.
